Superman wins as he reacts faster than Ultron and rather than throwing him off world, he plunges him in to the magma far below the earth's surface and Ultron spends eternity whirling around the under surface magma sea (unless he is fortunate enough to get blown out a volcano).

Also, I would like to see if on maximum power Superman's heat vision transferred enough heat through Ultron's outer shell, into his interior electronics to fuse them. Just think if the molecular re-arranger than allows Ultron to move (permits the adamantium to flow) was to fuse - instant statue.

I wander if superman could virabte though him or freeze him?

does anyone know the flash point or melting point of adamantium,if it has one?

what can superman do to hurt him? i think ultron has dealt with phasing before through the vision. and i dont think adamantium has a melting point either

It doesn't have one through normal means. Human Torches supernovas haven't been shown to melt it. Supernova > Heat vision.

@odinforce: Oh this Ultron is made of Primary adamantium, sorry didn't know. Yes Thor can't shatter primary adamantium nor Proto-adamantium, although he can dent primary adamntium, he can do it to secondary adamantium and adamantium alloy. I still think Superman wins.

He does not have to, only the outside is adamantium, the wires, and such on the inside are not.

@Petey_is_Spidey I'm aware of that but I guarantee he can't fly as fast as Supes. Say Supes grabs him and throws him off planet to the moon or towards Mars, Ultron wouldn't get back fast enough to prevent Supes from contacting the JLA for help.

True, but I don't think Superman has access to JLA here, and if he did that wouldn't be fair 'cause that's like a kid running away from a fight to their Marine Sergeant dead who has over 50 guns in hi closet. See what I mean?
