Freezing won't work, as he could just transfer his consciousness, or even break out by turning into ionic energy.
Novaflaming won't work either as Torch has already done that, and Ultron won't be stupid enough to just stand there and take it again. It was also pretty damn stupid in the first instance as Ultron should have just popped Torch's neck while he was talking to Captain America.
Ultron just pummels Torch to death, then Encephalo Rays Iceman to victory.

Arthur's usually favor the hero and/or the more popular character. They usually downplay one opponent to give the other the edge. Ex. Thor vs Hulk. Thor should slaughter him in reality, but do to the writers they make Thor slug it out.
In reality, though both combatants keep their personality and fighting style, there is no writer holding one or both fighters back, or OPing another.
gonna say ultron. once avengers 2 comes out and we see what he gets there, it might be fun to do a movie version of this fight.
That Ultron is gonna be the b*tch of Comic Vine, as movie version are ridicously (and obviously) powered down, unless they stick to the original and make him unbeatable unless plot device.
btw, Ultron takes this. Even if he gets defeated, he just goes into another body and makes a better plan.
