Ultron vs Brainiac (Vril Dox)

Ultron sees brainiac as a threat to humanity, brainiac thinks Ultron is aiding superman.

I don't think his adamantium body can be hacked, plus Ultron is no idiot himself despite brainiac being smarter. Many people will disagree but I say Ultron after a moderate fight.
