Setting: Times Square. 

- Both will fight, seriously. 
- Elimination via Knock-out or Death. 
- Both are prepared, already. 
- Starting distance: 24 Feet Apart at opposite ends. 
- Versions: Annihilation Ultron and Earth-616 BB.

I've always been tempted to get into the space stuff with Marvel like Annihilation and War of Kings and such. Worth it?

@texasdeathmatch: I think it's just called Thanos, but it was from 04 so it won't be hard to find. Thanos and Galactus go at it and eventually team up to fight the Hunger which is trying to use Glactus to unleash it.

How powerful is that version of Ultron?

Able to win with Warlock, who then survived star explosion. They fought in High Evo's base in core of sun.

He also has Phalanx powers. And if it is final form of Ultron, he was fighting a group of heroes including Nova Prime IIRC. I don't see a chance for Black Bolt.

We are talking about a character that makes a mockery out of Thor and the rest of Avengers and only loses because of plot.

Ultron 10/10.

Black bolts tough but this version of ultron as pointed out by czarny has phalanx powers and not only killed moondragon but handled Adam warlock and a blood lusted quasar with ease even nova when he showed up. I don't see BB winning this fight,,but I can only speculate as to how ultron would be effected by a full powered scream from BB but I still think ultron stomps

haha definitely read all of these at this point. So funny to see what I knew almost 2 years ago.

Agreed Ultron for the win, BB is powerful but I doubt his scream at full power, against Ultron's adamantium body, would do much. Ultron would wear down any shields that BB throws up then turn him into dust.
