UHulk is not mindless at all he is just nuts he is actually quite smart and keeps his intelligence and also he is still Banner.

On the one hand, Wasp was able to fry out his brain and cause Hulk to revert to Banner. On the other this was before Hulk's ultra adaption was brought up in Ultimate Hulk and Iron Man.

It'd be a closer fight with no BFR at any rate.
