Ultra Perfect Cell VS Super 17

Cell had reached his Ultra Perfect form with the newly enhanced Goku cells intact to his very being. Cell awaits in space near an asteroid belt to see off his next opponent who happens to be Android 17!

Cell: "Whaha.. You! who was once a mere part of me talking to me like THAT! Who do you think you are?"

Cell: "You have no idea what you're up against 17; I will show you true perfection."



Cell as usual, take it at percentages at a time "Little by little I will reveal myself to you, but you have to be worthy enough to see the true potential of my powers"

Meanwhile: 17 plays no game... He immediately transforms into Super 17.

On the contrary; Ultra Perfect Cell got owned by the entire Z-Fighter working as a team to beat him. I can guarantee he would have beaten Gohan (unweakened) if it hadn't been for Goku's guidance and Vegeta's Big Bang Attack. 17 was fighting Goku only with the exception of 18 butting in the way.

GT Power levels + Z Power levels = Irrelevant

17 was strong in the GT series, but he showed no significant strengh that proves he is stronger than Cell. There was only 1 primary powery that show Super 17's strengh. 1) the energy absorbent forcefield. Cell showed much more powerful features, and would have not been punched half a globe away from a SS1 Goku as 17 did. Furthermore, Cell would not be killed a by NON-SS Goku as 17 did.

But I'm making a case. 17 is even more arrogant than Cell. You see; Super 17 at base is waaay weaker than Cell. He only gets stronger by the energy you throw at him and "successfully" gets absorbed by the forcefield.

Cell's forcefield is bigger than 17's and he is much smarter. The minute he shoots his 1st attack and sees 17 pose to absorb the explosion. He would instantly know to just fight 17 physically. If by any chance; Cell did wanted to use blast and specials he would use them so to either divert or distract 17 just to open up his defenses for an attack from behind or to multiply into numbers and even spawn Cell Jr.s to do the distracting to take out Super 17. And them one other last thing... Super 17 can not regenerate. Once he loses something; It's over.

If that were the case, 17 would have beaten Goku at base but he couldn't do it. Even when Goku turned SS 17 was loosing. It was only due to that 1st energy attack that buffed 17 up. And then; he shot alot more of them at 17.

Here's another thing too. Super 17 just like old 17 and 18 have a base amount stored for their unlimited supply of power. In other words, they can only draw power off from themselves. The addition of adding Android 19/20 energy absorbent ability only makes him able to collect more power for his "unlimited" power supply, but he can't keep in that power forever. His base power is forever but the power he collects only last until he uses that energy to attack.

Perfect Cell is beyond the androids because he is not limited to his own power supply. He; just like all the other Z-Fighters can draw power from other sources or even steal power from other sources if not guarded.
