Only if you count every member, past and present. Current teams are about the same size (actually, the Ultimates might be bigger).

Because Ult is a more contemporaryu, "real" take on Marvel I wold say 616 has more power on average.So 616 wins

The charecters from the ultimate universe are significantly weaker on average than their 616 counterparts.

Ultimates is an attempt to put a spin on current comics and make them more realistic and relevent. I think Ultimates are wekaer than 616 though so for me it's Avengers all the way
