As unimpressive as Ultimate Thor is, he wins here.

Last time I saw X-O he was inferior to Iron Man so unless he's had a power boost recently Ultimate Thor takes this without much of an issue.

Ultimate Thor while not very impressive, compared to his 616 counterpart, he still wins.

Your comments are so lame. Just saying. I mean god forbid if they have a different take on Thor or anything. I mean Movie Thor is even less impressive to Ultimate Thor. But you do not see comments like "Unimpressive Movie Thor who is NOWHERE near 616 Thor actually wins this."

This is why I see everyone as haters. Nothing nice to ever say, and clearly seem bias vs Ultimate any character, but no one seems to hold the same candle for Movie Marvel characters who are drastically inferior as well.

Edit: Before ya reply, this is me just ranting on what I see all to often. Not to attack you two personally. Those comments irk me is all.

Thor wins IMO. He deals to much damage and I don't think X0-Manowar can deal enough.

ultimate thor has plenty of feats to put him waaaay above x-o. I say spite.

@cadencev2: I actually like Ultimate Thor. He just wasn't as impressive as 616 Thor. Movie Thor never says any catchphrases, so he automatically has less power.
