yeah in weather control maybe tough Ultimate Thor has better use of lightning and tough he has no abilities of godblast or anything close he has better fighting skills and versatility when using his powers combined.
While it is a good feat, Ultimate Thor was really angry and stopped holding back, he just witnessed his father got killed....616 Thor when bloodlusted is much more impressive, he took on Silver Surfer, Warlock and BRB and destroyed a planet as a side effect of his hit.
Not to mention he defeated Power Gem Drax without much trouble

Thor always fights against Norrin and has no problem keeping up, reacting, dodging and tagging him. He has effortlesly dodged a speedblitz from Hyperion and reacted immediately after getting blitzed by a bloodlusted Sentry.

Ultimate Hulk is not as impressive as 616 Hulk, and Thor one shotted him. I don´t think I need to post that scan that everyone has seen.
Thor knocked out Phoenix Force, in another occasion he one shotted MODOK who stated was capable of tanking a nuclear bomb.

I seriously doubt Ultimate Thor is more versatile than 616 Thor, Mjolnir is basically a plot device that can do anything......the Ultimates are not as strong as the 616 versions of themselves.......beating Warlock and Surfer at the same time is way more impressive.

you do realize Power Gem just enchant everything as long as you want to use it, but Drax and company were trying to stop Thor. not kill him.

You do realize he was enchanted with Pym Particles right? and yeah you don't need to do it i have posted that scan in various pages i'm pretty sure everyone have seen it, yet he didn't one-shot him he K'Oed him during the fight when using all his strength. And btw he was fighting savage Hulk, U-Hulk has taken a lot of punishment (go down you'll see it)

actually is technically the same that 616 just different powers other abilities, more physic based than 616

not exatly when they fought Thor was in mortal form. He had lost all of his powers and when resurrected he was given a armor to restore some powers, but as he has stated many times those weren't even close to his originals powers and this was shown be true when his powers were restored. Also de-powered Thor knocked giant Ultimate Hulk. Ultimate Hulk is actually more resistant than Classic Savage Hulk but 616 versions of Hulk more powerful than Savage Hulk would beat Ultimate Hulk.
