Ultimate Thor vs Oni Akuma - Battles

I know Thor vs Akuma has been done before, but Ultimate Thor seems a little more on his level. Takes place in the american badlands. Both are bloodlusted. Feats from any movie, game or comic are allowed. Win by death or KO.

Akuma might have messed with Asura, but Thor still wins 9/10. Akuma wrecking sh*t with Asura is an extreme PIS

Thor wins 8.9/10. Akuma in Asura's Wrath DLC was powered by extreme PIS.

Oni only has two showings in canon both in SSFIV AE:2012. He blows up a volcano from the inside and walks away unharmed and he blows up a tree with a yell, base Akuma can level a forest with his Ki. I don't know Ultimate Thor though, does he have impressive showings?
