Granted this ultimate Thor should be much weaker than the orginal thor, his hammer is still powerful. What protects metallo from transmutation, time stopping or stealing his soul (provided he has one).

just from his early showing he seemed that he would be no match for a character that can use the enviroment to his advantage being on earth with lots of metal available.. But if hes able to use his Hammer in a similar way to Thor 616 then yes this is a no contest :-)
