I'm gonna go with Thor...even though Ult Thor is much weaker then 616, i still think he can pull out the win.
Going with Magneto. Ultimate Thor is weaker than his mainstream counterpart, and Ultimate Magneto was able to take his hammer away. The mainstream Magneto is stronger than the Ultimate one.
