DOn't forget that he paralyzes with his touch now if we are talking about Miles here. I realize she has a healing factor but he will most likely be able to stun her for a while

Well, I think Laura already beat 616 Pete, saying she was just as fast as him. But when you think about it, if you take out comic's "entertainment" aspect, I don't think she would really secure a win. Yea Ult Pete's not as strong as big Pete because he's younger, but her entire body isn't laced with adamantium. I mean, let's face it, the only reason Logan lasted so long against Pete was because Pete was damn near fighting a wall of adamantium. And with Pete's power range well over hers, I don't know. That and, even if she is as fast as Spidey, spidey still has the spider sense. So in a way he'd always be one step ahead of her. But then again, he's holding back sense morals are involved.

Ultimate Spidey beat down the Murdering Green Goblin, Vulture, Electro, Kraven, and Sandman (All Blood Lusted) while bleeding to Death from a 50. Cal Sniper Round through his guts.

That says alot more of Pete as just some kid against a Murderous X-23. So what if she is Murderous?

That feat is beast, but I don't think Peter would have died from that wound, especially if he went out for medical attention. Ult Cap even said it didn't hit any vital organs.

Spidey in a beat down. As others have pointed out even if their speed's equal, Spidermans reflex's are faster, he's more agile, and with the spider-sense essentially has pre-cog. when it comes to being attacked. I really don't see any way for x-23 to win this fight. She might graze him a few times, superficial cuts and whatnot, but each cut will just make spidey fight that much more seriously. In the end he just webs her up if he has too. Morals on is his biggest drawback as he'll not want to pound on a girl, even one trying to kill him, whilst x-23 doesn't have that problem. Still she's not fast enough,smart enough, versatile enough, or (if webbed up) strong enough to take this fight.

I've said it before, but seeing that, and firing a full sized rifle cartridge IRL, and then seeing 360 quick scope gimmicks in COD makes me laugh so much :P
