Mephisto who challenges Galactus himself lost to surfer >_> no he did not. Mephisto was playing possum in hopes of corrupting Surfer. He could NEVER loose to 616 Surfer.
Point is in the end all your scans are Planetary at most and nowhere near Mutiple Solar System busting power of Ultimate Surfer.

A battle record means nothing if the opponents aren't that powerful. Beating the FF, cap, misty knight, ironman, and captain marvel isn't impressive since they aren't that powerful. 616 Surfer could do the same, if not better.

I never said thor didn't destroy a moon....I said he was destroying planets. On the subject of your hercules scans the issue isn't hyperbole so much as it is unquantifiable. He actually did hold the heavens its just magical properties were in play (because honestly how can you hold something like air....).
Also this is not a moon:
Its a planet (which was going to be destroyed as a result of this battle if not for Thor as I understand it). Watch the rest of the video and Thor states "Thats no empty moon" (3:57). And it turns out this planet had life on it. After thor saves it, it is refereed to as a world. I am interpreting it as the thors thought they were moons at first but they were actually planets. Either that or Gorr was chucking the moons orbiting the planets at thor.
Since most character can bust Moons like the size of Pluto. If we have no standard of Planet Busting then whats the point of the label Planet Buster? Superman can bench earth, that suggest Planet Busting strength. Smashing Pluto?

My knowledge of 616 surfer isn't the best. I don't know if I could make a case for him and I also am not sure if he is as powerful. The only thing I can really say is didn't silver searcher get smacked around by ultimate cap? Both seem to have there ups and downs.
I mainly just replied because I think you are underestimating thor a bit.
Please read the Feats again. Their is Silver Searcher on the top. Then the second part is Silver Heralds who are 5 in number and are slightly more powerful than Ultimate Iron Man. Silver Searcher told Phoenix to p!ss off.
Phoenix at this time was running rough shot all over the Universe driving Civilizations insane.
@cadencev2: All right. I didn't realize there was a difference between silver searcher and silver herald.
The Silver Searcher was so powerful, and traveled the Multi Verse for so long, that he was bound to run into Gah Lak Tus who copied the Silver Searcher to make his own lesser powerful heralds. There is a total of 5 of the Heralds known.

I'm thinking ultimate silver surfer wins. Mainly due to his potential size.
Power Wise the Ultimate Surfer litteraly has a full blown star held within his body. Reed was looking for Stars of much greater energy than our sun to power his Cosmic Cube. He found Ultimate Searcher.
This is low balling the energy power in scope.
I think size aside, Ultimate Searcher simply stomps.
