This reed richards time traveled from a future he made perfect just to go back and time and defeat the avengers,the fact he was defeated with some tumor tony stark had was horrible writing.
This reed richards stopped the hulk dead in his tracks by simply asking him "What exactly do you think your doing bruce?.."
This reed richards out played every member of the avengers entirely and made a fool of ultimate avenger characters which are arguably one of the strongest incarnation of the avengers ever to be written.
Defeated Iron man 3 times before that BS horribly written plot.
CHOSE not to have thor killed.
Created an entire city that could attack,rebuild itself and defend itself while also downloading the planets intelligence.
He manipulates gravity while also keeping his original fantastic four powers.
Nuff'said.

Iron man is far superior to batman in technology and resources,the only way batman is better than Iron man is in hand 2 hand combat but that wont work against reed richards so that's irrelevant.
Reed already beat tony 3 times before the horribly written ending but despite the ending it only happened because he allowed it.
This is not a big deal for Ult.Reed but it's one of my favorite feats.
He turns johnny into a brain dead zombie soldier of his after having him collected and brought in by Quick Silver who I believe was also under his control.

@rocketstark: Stark beaten Reed because Stark has Technopathy in the form of Anthony.
Anthony took over Reed's City making his superior tech unusable by Reed.
@cadencev2: After Rick Jones expelled Gah Lak Tus from Galactus it left him injured, so he went to Earth to feed on it. This was later confirmed by Jean Grey when she read his mind and found that he was so weak that he wasn't sure he could finish building his machine that would allow him to feed on Earth.
Wow! Ultimate Jean read his mind? That is a feat Odin could not do on his best day! I expect nothing less from Phoenix though.
So Rick Jones single handily weaken a super Galactus too? Damn, the Ultimate Watchers made him powerful.
