Ultimate Power Ranking - what do you think?

I'm going to give you a completely unordered list of Marvel characters. Can you guys rank them in terms of overall power, from greatest to weakest? Based on your order, each character should be able to defeat/destroy whoever is below them. Here's the list:

Good call, didn't see that forum. It's really hard to find forums that are buried in topics like that.  But the reason this is posted in battles is because I said in my original post, you're supposed to RANK THEM in terms of who can beat everyone below themselves on the list. So this is really one giant battle, with the weakest (easiest to die) being last.
 
Anyway, a lot of you guys rank Loki WAY low on this list. I read he was nearly parallel with Dormammu, just not fully. In my mind that should put him way higher on this list. Also, a single Celestial is really more powerful than Shuma-Gorath?!?!?!!?

I would put Odin Force Thor above Silver Surfer. Odin Force Thor could create living beings while current Silver Surfer can't even save a life when it's already taken (Last issue of SS#1, guy got shot he couldn't do anything).  Odin Force Thor's powers are far more versatile IMO.  But that's the only thing I question in your list. Classic Strange should be up there because he has dealt with Shuma Gorath on 2 occasions, one with help, another time by himself. "
