The fight takes place at a Beach in Miami, FL.

Namor has surfaced from the ocean to battle him.
Ronan is wielding his Universal Weapon.
Ronan has morals.
Namor is not in a good mood and bloodlusted.
Both start 90 yards away along the sand.
Prep: Random encounter.

Who wins?

Ummm... ? Ultimate Namor SMASHES the Doctor Doom wannabe! Ult. Namor has taken down pretty much all of the Ultimate Universe's Heroes... at the SAME TIME! Ronan is a shiny metal bug before Ult. Namor's might!!! ;)

Amen. Over-rated "prep type" character, like... Batman! That's right, I went THERE! Lol! With out ANY prep here, and such a short distance between them, AND on Ult. Namor's turf... Ronan dies.

Okay... How? Ronan has Morals ON. Namor's are OFF, and he's Bloodlusted! Namor will also close that 90 yard gap in about 2 seconds flat. Once Ult. Namor gets to him he will literally tear Ronan limb from limb! How does Ronan win, with Morals ON, in less than 2 seconds?!

Still, he was able to freeze Nova (herald), break DP Ravenous, his shields were able to take shots from current Avengers teams, BFR whole Avengers team in the past, manipulated molecules of Stellaris' armor as well as living matter and I've heard that he made shield inside of Black Bolt's mouth to use his voice against him.
Universal Weapon also was able to create shields strong enough to hold Thor (with his hammer) for some time.

I barely ever seen Ronan with morals.

@czarny_samael666: BFRing the Avengers to the past is one of the examples of Ronan's feats OUTSIDE of battle. I've seen that scan. The Avengers weren't even fighting him before he teleported them to the past.

I am not sure that we're talking about the same thing, since he just teleported them to Earth that was a prison ATM.
Besides, that is just a one example.
