Ultimate MK is pretty sweet and has a form of Super Soldier in his vein, but Batman would win. Electra pretty much took MK out.
If I recall wasn't Ult. Moon Knight not using Ronin in that fight?
His Moon Knight Persona is superior to his Ronin Persona IMO. Hey was distracted when Eletcra got him, but ... he just was not that impressive. He took out Kitty which was PIS IMO considering her impressive track record, and he was no match for Peter.

Didn't he fight Spiderman and do fairly well when doing so? The reason I chose his Ronin persona (besides the fact hes much stronger than 616 MK) is because he was about as ruthless as 616 MK; would the fact that he fights much dirtier be a non-factor?

It's a stomp because if you switch off Batman's morals, he has far too many ways of killing Ultimate Moon Knight with one move. His grapple gun can punch right through superhumans, his batarangs can behead people, and he's got an alarming collection of bombs and electrocution devices around his waist.
