  Woah, woah, woah!  Why is Batman getting double teamed? That's definitely unfair.  We, the incredible legion of Batman fans, want a one on one fight like the rest of the guys on that list got!  We want fighting equality! 
 
  Also, some of these match-ups are completely one-sided.  Zatanna versus Shadowcat?  Really?  Really!?

I don't think Ms.Marvel can beat Powergirl. Ms.Marvel doesn't come close to matching her in strength and speed.

Colossus vs. The Joker =colossus,how is this a fair fight? joker gets beat up by batman a normal guy, colossus is way to strong he'd punch jokers head off
Daredevil & Elektra vs. Batman=daredevil and eletra, no fair teaming up on batman,one on one he could beat them,but two on one is to much

No, the energy blasts won't effect her, and Power Girl  has gone around with Supergirl, and I think maybe with Wonder Woman ? In any case Power Girl is way out of Carol's league.
