Ultimate Iron Man stomps and stomps hard.
He has beaten Ultimate Hulk who is comparable to Savage Hulk and knows his limits vs a Hulk. His armour upgraded from the older one (this be near current) Ult. IM has the ability to hook up with Sat Links and increase power, strength, as well recharge his Shield.
That is all basic.
IM has amped his armour to Max 5X in Strength as well retain unlimited energy via Sat Links. So he can increase himself to a 500 toner for short periods of time.
Stasis Field on a 100 toner Rhino.
Heck he can inject you Nanites that overide your body as he has Many people. Black Widow for example.

IM has also Brain Blasted Ultimate Hulk into a KO before as well. He can do so again.
Anyway Ultimate IM wins.

Ultimate Iron Man is much more powerful than Classic Iron Man.
And contrary to popular belief, I think the current record for Iron Man Wins-Losses-Stalemates against the Hulk is 2-1-1.
