Iron Fist gets 10 minutes of prep time.

Akuma can't use the Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon).

Bloodlusted.

Winner by KO or death.

Fight takes place on a deserted island.

Don't remember his feats though so I can't really comment.

He has many other powers than just Shun Goku Satsu. I hate using the same old reference feat, but he did uppercut and destroy a meteor heading towards earth...while it was in space....

That was non cannon

Sadly neither of the two actually have feats. Akuma's coolest feats were all ret conned and Iron Fist doesn have any in the first place

ultimate Iron Fist was a panzy. He was very low leveled street leveler. Couldn't even face the King Pin and his goons to save his daughter.

He is not nearly as impressive or holds a candle as close to 616 Iron Fist.
