Iron Man. The 616 versions of the characters are significantly more powerful, so Iron Man will effectively be fighting a version of the Hulk who is significantly weaker than the one he familiar with and fought against on several occasions.

He's doing fine, just got a bank loan for half a billion to fund his Resilient company.  :p
 
His armor should theoretically be more powerful than ever, since it is so advanced it will still be used 900 years in the future. He recently traded blows with a mind controlled Thor during Iron Man/Thor # 3. He wasn't winning, but he was hanging in there, good showing all around, especially in durability.

He lost Extremis during Secret Invasion. When Reed asked him if the new armor is Extremis 2.0, he said "Nah, this is what comes next".
 
In short, it is liquid metal that resides in the hollow of his bones and it is powered by repulsor generator that is the equivalent to a man made star.

If  Thorbuster Iron Man can go toe to toe with OF Thor, why should regular Thor be able to beat him? It doesn't make sense.

He used technopathy during Siege to bring down the HAMMER Helicarrier, but that was by Bendis, so I wouldn't take it as seriously as I would if it was by Fraction.

I am interested to see where they are going with Bleeding Edge, Extremis was pretty hardcore.

 As do I, BE Iron Man is able to recreate the new armor from nothing as long as the power source is intact, and he can mold it to create weapons on the fly. It's an ability that has not been explored much yet, but it seems pretty good.

The tech for the armor is advanced enough to justify him being more powerful than ever, but it's entirely up to the writers.

Iron man stomps this with ease. Iron man with classic armor has beaten savage Hulk before in a fair fight. I don't see how he should have trouble with a far weaker version.
