Ultimate Hawkeye is a badass but Deathstroke is just more enhanced. So I have to say Deathstroke.

When I said Ultimate Hawkeye is enhanced. I should have been more specific. His eyes and reflexes are the only thing enhanced

He can still beat a lot of people it is just Deathstroke is the Damn Terminator. If Ultimate Hawkeye could keep Deathstroke at med to long range I could see him maybe winning some battles. It just Deathstroke got a damn good healing factor

Cap deflected Hawkeye's projectiles back at him and knocked him out in one move. Ultimate Hawkeye's awesome but he's not on this level.

I this setting, and no real starting distance, Clint does lose.

I think Slade would win with distance as well. As I said 8 months ago Ultimate hawkeye is impressive but Slade is more versatile. Not only is he really agile but he is also a very good shot in his own right. And his blast staff isn't to be underestimated. Ultimate hawkeye has the advantage in accuracy but I think after that Slade has him beat all around except maybe gear.

I keep forgetting the Blast Staff thanks to New 52 where he only had it one time.

@cadencev2: Well if this were new 52 the only option ultimate hawkeye would really have is the nuke arrow which can likely be dodged.

I see other options, like Explosive Arrows, or possibly the super Tazer Arrows that would lock up DS muscles.

Deathstroke tanked an explosion which destroyed a building in the new 52 without any issues...He isn't going to be hurt by the explosive arrows. I don't know about the tazer arrow. I don't recall his durability being tested against electricity damage all though he does have a pretty good pain tolerance and healing factor in the new 52. Also worht noting is new 52 deathstroke is also a pretty decent marksman who did things like cut a fly in half with a paper clip.

Then Explosive Arrows would not work, but I see no reason for Tazer arrow not to. Regardless of Pain Tolerance or Healing Factor, the point of a Tazer is to lock up you body and nervous system. You cannot overpower your body functions unless there is some feat to show otherwise.

He is still unlikely to win...The tazer arrow wont be his first instinct and deathstroke wont be easy to tag. And as I said even new 52 slade has impressive accuracy feats. I don't know if ultimate hawkeye has dodged shots from a marksman of Slade caliber pre or post new 52.

He has dodges Web Balls from Spider Man and gun fire from various Military around the world.

@jashro44: Also add onto his reaction time, he has reacted and throat stabbed a ambushing Sabertooth. Hawkeye is pretty quick fighter.

I'm pretty sure Slade's healing factor would let him shrug off electricity like Wolverine's has let him, but I'll wait and see for some examples.

When I first read this thread I thought it said, "Ultimate Hulk vs. Deathstroke" and I was about to go into a full blown rant, but then I realized I had read it wrong.

Deathstroke takes this.

Sure he is a quick fighter however Slade was comparatively quick enough to make a fool out of hawkmans combat speed. I agree ultimate hawkeye is fast but I don't think he is as fast as Slade.

deathstroke wins. the only chance of clint winning this is with the use of nuke arrow it took down colossus!!! but deathstroke is just plane badass!

Slade wins pretty easliy 9/10 just too much for clint

well i guess there isnt much space to fight in a steel mill and hawkeye is a great hitman from the distance but not as well trained in close combat like deathstroke.
if there was a bigger playground i would go with hawkeye.

but deathstroke is the winner here
