Ultimate Captain America vs Bane

I didn't see this battle on here so I made this one. There is only Ultimate Captain America vs Bane and Batman. I only want Cap and Bane. This is how it goes. Bane, Proud of himself for breaking Batman's back, makes a decision to eliminate the best fighters from a universe other then his own and make his way to the top. He knows about Captain America and travels to the Marvel Universe to go after him. He pumps himself with venom and kidnaps Sharon Carter. He challenges Cap to come fight him for her. Captain America comes and the 2 face in the middle of the street. Fights on.

Ultimate Captain America has his sheild.

Bane has his venom.

Both are determined to kill the other.
