Round 1: I dunno, it could go either way. Cap's more skilled at conventional forms of H2H combat, but Blade has been around for a lot longer then Steve. He's been able to pick up a lot of different combat techniques over his extended lifespan from various sources (I think I remember reading that he was trained by Stick at one point), plus he's been killing vampires for a hell of a long time. Physicals, I dunno exactly how strong Ult. Cap is, but I would assume Blade is physically superior. He's been able to impess 616 Spider-Man with his strength, someone who can lift 15 tons or more. I also believe that he has low-level superhuman speed, of which I'm not sure of the extent. Cap's very durable, but then again with Blade's own durability and impressive healing factor, I think I would give this to Blade.
