The new Batman and Robin get a call that a metal armed man is attacking GCPD Officers down town. When they arrive on scene Doc Ock has already killed all the officers. Who wins?

I think Doc Ock would win the first fight, but if Bats and Robin survived the encounter they would win round 2. This is a good fight.

He almost defeated Spider-Woman and Spider-Man at the same time. He smacked Green Goblin around and he can the ability to manipulate metal. I wouldn't call that Pathetic. He also seems more willing to kill.
