I'm not sure how you think Kizaru is either of those. Speedwise yeah Kizaru is fast and he can teleport at lightspeed but his combat speed and standard fighting speed isn't even as fast as Rayleigh who is definitely not light speed. Ulquiorra on the other hand is significantly faster than Bankai Ichigo.

Strength wise, Borsalino hasn't really shown any lifting power or striking but Ulquiorra can definitely beat standard Bankai Ichigo in a strength contest and Ichigo is at least 100 tons.

Destructive power goes to Ulquiorra in a landslide, Lanza Del Relampago is one of the most powerful moves in the Bleach Universe, it would put Whitebeards most powerful showings to shame and Kizaru is not more powerful than Whitebeard.

1-Kizaru is not light speed in combat speed.Thats obvious.But he is one of the fastest in the verse and is a top tier.Ulquiorra isn't as fast as the high tiers after the meteor speed feat so he is getting speed blitzed if Kizaru is serious.

2-Thats lifting strenght. What is important is Striking strength/DC.

3-Ulquiorra is city level.He isnt above admirals or Whitebeard in DC or durability when a weaker character can split continents.

Lol I just read the op and found out that kizaru was greatly nerfed so this would be a good match for ulqiora ...but even with the massive nerf on kizaru while ulquiorra makes a lanza kizaru turns into light and temporarily blinds him by shining bright like he does normally or he forces ulquiorra to close his eyes ...then fires a laser through his brain ...it's as simple as that

I swear I haven't ever seen any Bleach debater ever say Ulquiorra ever loses when pitted against OP.

if vasto lorde ichigo can speed blitz ulq, im 100% sure kizaru can. plus, he can rapidly fire off light attacks at ulq until ulq cant evade or block anymore. allso, i see no way ulq can hit kizaru without some sort of unorthodox method.

Kizaru still fights at the speed of light, as he himself stated while he was bopping the Supernovas. I don't see Ulquiorra keeping up with him or tanking any of his attacks if he actually tried to kill the dude.

Kizaru basically says that he's going to kick Basil Hawkins at the speed of light, and then proceeds to do so without anyone else being able to follow his movements.

So then by your logic OP characters are below supersonic? You can't just use a few low showings to justify what level a character is at when they have concrete statements suggesting otherwise. That's would be asinine.

Rayleigh is one of the fastest characters in the story and has no low showings to justify Kizaru not moving at the speed of light based on this fact.

Whitebeard allows himself to get hit by things like bullets and cannon balls simply due to how he fights and what his personality is like. I find it funny that you would bring this up when he has other feats such as fighting Akainu and intercepting Kizaru under his belt to counter the idea that he's only supersonic.
