Darkside is once again in search of the anti-life equation. He thinks he may have found a clue to retreaving it on Marvel Earth. He send Kalibak to search and retrieve this information. Kalibak happens to appear in the middle of a rampage conducted by Ulik to get Thors attention once again to do battle. Mistaken each other for adversaroies, they engage in combat.
Ulik vs Kalibak
Ulik , no real reason other than I don't care for Kalibak. Plus Tawky Tawny owned him.
Kalibak Wins, looked up Ulik and he is only class one hundred (95+) well Kalibak is on Orion and Supes level and is one of the strongest New Gods. Ulik will last a little while though because he proves extremely durable. Here are a few feats.
Feat One: Causes Orion pain also shows great reflexes since he reacted to Orion's punch in so little time.
Feat Two: Tanks multiple hits from Orion and isn't dead, he seems to have no damage as well, not even a drop of blood on his face.
Feat Three: Hard to see. Knocks back Orion with sheer physical strength
Feat 4: Shattering Hal's constructs with his Beta Rod with relative ease.
Feat Five: Towering over and tearing apart buildings with his bare hands.
Feat Six: Restraining Orion who is struggling in a armlock
Plus he has his Beta rod which is nigh invulnerable, projects vast energy and disrupts nerves, it is capable of causing agonizing pain to even the likes of Superman and other powerful beings. In fact Orion used his Astro Force to block the Beta rod because he knew what it would do to him, as shown below.
More Feats: Schools Orion. Somehow he even manages to get Out of Orion's tight grip. And remember Orion is on par with superman.
Feat 2: Easily taking on a group of new gods.
Feat 3: Reeks havoc in a city, and takes down multiple armed men before they can even react well Orion and Lightray watch in awe.
Feat 4: Might have to zoom this picture in, Kalibak lifts up and supports a large portion of a building
Feat 5: Knocks Orion off his feet down to the ground.
Just to show how strong Orion is, sorry they left out a lot of strength feats for pre 52 Orion on reddit, but Orion has some good new 52 feats which are basically the same as his pre 52 feats.

Orion is pretty badass he was considered Superman's equal both in both pre 52 and new 52 and he has great lifting feats and has gone toe to toe with Superman, Darseid, Black Racer, and of course Kalibak.
