Ulik vs Executioner - Battles

Hey! I'm new to the forums and wanted to submit my first thread. I couldn't find a battle with these two characters done before, so here goes! Who would win in a fight between Ulik the Troll and Skurge the Executioner? I've never seen them battle in any comic I've read. Both have caused a pretty decent amount of pain and hurt to Thor, so I figure they're both strong enough for this to be interesting. Ulik has his knuckle dusters equipped. Skurge has his enchanted duel sided axe. Fight takes place on a large uninhabited planet, so there's plenty of room for brawling. No BFR. Fight till KO or till the opponent is incapacitated.

Np, it's just the Executiner has been shown pretty powerful. Stalemating Thor, and carrying a 280 pound axe with him. When Ulik fights Thor, it's Thor holding back. Executiner will slice him down with the axe.
