UFC 213 Bruce Wayne vs Clark Kent

Omega posted a battle with Goku vs Superman, but as humans.  No super powers, strength, speed at all.  I liked the thread and decided to take it a step further. 
 
Characters are human.  NO SUPER POWERS AT ALL! No super strength, speed, durability, heat rays, adamantium claws, webs, weapons, nothing.  Just peak human attributes and inherent fighting skills.  That's it.   Also don't comment on the other fights.  They're just there for show to look like a real UFC event.  Please only comment on the main event, that being Bruce and Clark.

Preliminary Card:
Light Heavyweight Bout: Deadpool vs Captain Marvel
Light Heavyweight Bout: Logan vs Ra's Al Ghul

Main event consists of 5, 5 minute rounds.  Fighters can win by either decesion, k.o., t.k.o., or submission.

Because technically Superman has no powers, his strenght and speed are natural to his race, that would be like taking a humans powers away from him.  I am nit picking though, of course on an even playing field with skill only, Bats would clobber Clarky "

Batman's been a 'Mixed Martial Artist' for years. If they are both of comparable 'human norm' strength then he takes it in round 1 by submission.

Open Weight Bout: Rhino vs Nightwing - rhino has very liuttle fighting skill just power nightwing has the skill to beat him down easily.

Batman/Bruce would absolutely destroy a no powers Clark Kent...no contest.

Bruce would whoop dat ass. He'd finish the fight in the first round with anything he wanted.
