Full knowledge really seems like it only helps the Hyuga since it's the Uchiha who have about 20K different secrets. However, the only thing they need to know is to avoid their eyes and watch for their feet.

Given that, I'd say the Hyuga can take it in a tough bout.

So far only few knows rotation in Huuga. Uchiha will stomp due having far better ninjas and having elemental advantages.
