man tuff one they are my favorites too

and they are both nuts and would kill their own mother for a bar of chocolate

however, Two Face does have one draw back which leads me to believe he would loose against the Joker and that is his coin he is at all times undecided about what to do and so it may cause him some extreme delemas in battle

I find it hard to see him as a Joker rip-off, but then again maybe that explains why I like him so much...

I say it depends. If Two-face has his hands on a gun, then it will turn out like what happened in the sequel to long halloween, which I never seem to remember. If it's just Him vs Joker, it would be close, but the Joker would win. If both had a weapon, Joker would win. If Joker had a weapon, Two face would again, lose. So two-face would lose 3 out of four times. I still think he is a better villain, mainly because he's not all villain.

Joker is smarter, better at h2h, and better with weapons he wins. Two Face is good with business and money

I don't think Two-Face would flip a coin in the middle of a fight, or if Joker started a fight, or if he was about to start a fight as part of his own plan.

I think it depends on what the weapons are here, Joker as crazy as he is is no fool...yet Two Face is also clever...

I think I'll lean Joker here, because I can see him doing something that possibly involves suicide and/or genocide in his plan as a fail safe lol...

Joker for sure. Two-Face may have more hand to hand training but Joker is just a lot tougher, more accurate and less predictable.
