They see each other as threats and Two Face's coin flip is tails. Means he has to kill him and Black Mask engages also.

Came in here thinking it was Jet Li's Black Mask, who would shred Two-Face easily. But then I saw it was DC's Black Mask, who is just a common thug. Meh. Two-Face gets the gold.

To my knowledge, Black Mask has already defeated Two-Face.

No he hasn't,Two-face was already beaten by Dick Bats and was being escorted to Arkham when Black Masks thugs attacked the van.

Dent would own both Black Masks badly,he is a superior fighter and marksman easily. New-52 Sionis cold win through his new found telepathy but that was just a stupid change by Tony Daniel,I''m sure no writer is gonna bother with it.
