By Standard equipment, do you imply the mounts of Turok, his firearms, or any of his previous versions? He has much higher durability than the other two (can survive many attacks from enemies, firearms and primitive, can survive being chomped by a Rex... ect). In terms of Durability, i don't think either GA or Hawk can even touch him. Turok casually tanks Rocket Launcher attacks in a boss battle.

He might not have super-aim like GA or Hawk, but i think he takes the cake because of destructive capacity (Explosives, firearms, dinosaurs), and durability.
