Turok (Dinosaur Hunter) vs Green Arrow

Turok has an adamantium bowie knife, and his futuristic bow with 5 Broadhead arrows only

Green Arrow has a promethium combat knife and his bow also with 5 Broadhead arrows only

Any feats from pre or new 52 can be used for ollie (just not crazy suits or cosmic versions,if he has any)

Any Turok feats can be used including those from his video game (he is not allow any weapons from that video game though)

They fight in central park. To KO or Death
