i'll get to my gear later, but i think that that some of the shen gong wu are a little over powered. like the shard of lightning violates the speed limit because the character using it is moving at the speed of light. can a limit be set on the capabilities of the shen gong wu?

@knightofzero: Don't think you can get Boys and Girls Club lol, Seras Victoria isn't a part of any such thing. Also, doesn't Raven use magic?

Seras is a teenager. she is 19 during the events of hellsing, so she is still technically a teenager. if @thetruebarryallen says other wise, i will go ahead and get rid of that perk

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: Your team is good, however I'm not sure I'd like to allow Josh Newman's Aura. His elemental manipulation is fine because they fall under pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis, and areokinesis. Though when I looked him up it said his aura allowed him to "transform an item into something more powerful and strong"

If you're alright with him having no aura then you're clear.

@knightofzero: Anng and Kora aren't allowed to go into the avatar state and they're banned from earth bending but other than that they're fine. Also just letting you know you can't use and Beast Boy feats that are in the New 52 since another combatant already has chosen the New 52 Beast Boy.

@darkraiden Yeah, Zoom is WAY too OP for this tournament. Also Reed Richards isn't really a "Street Level Character" just like Tony Stark. They fall into some of the limits but their feats in comics traditionally put them above the standard Street Level Character. Change Ult. Reed and your team will check out ^_^

@i_like_swords Shouts are fine, but I feel that it's fair to limit you to 5 shouts, and no summoning shouts. If you believe this ruling is unfair then feel free to debate it ^_^

@zr0c00l: After looking up Jenny Quantum and doing some research, she's a no. Reality Warping is too over powered for a character to have in this tournament, unless they're a reward or from a perk ( Alyss ). As for Midnighter he seems to be a tad above SL characters and I've never seen him participate in a Street Level Tournament, I figure this is mostly due to the fact that he's Over Powered once given the Battle Computer.

AS FOR EVERYONE. IF YOU COULD SEND A SEPARATE PM WITH ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT AND WHO YOU'RE ASSIGNING IT TO THAT WOULD BE FANTASTIC. DO NOT POST THAT HERE AS IT CLUTTERS UP THE THREAD AND MAKES IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND POSTS ARGUING CHARACTERS.

When it comes to character limitations both Diredrill & TDLP seem to have a good grasp on things. Since this tournament has similar mechanics and limitations as those two tournaments it'd be fair to ask one of them if a character should be allowed, and I will trust their judgement.

Hey does anyone know if I qualify for the orphans perk? I know Multiple Man is but everyone else has a rather....dubious or unknown past so I can't tell.

Multiple Man and Sebastian Shaw worry me. Sebastian Shaw's strength is directly proportional to that which he has absorbed. He has punked Colossus before with no problem. Multiple Man duplicates things that he is carrying. This could be used to gain infinite items.

Sebastian Shaw requires kinetic energy or some form of energy in order to become superhuman. Stargirl is way too powerful for this tournament. She basically breaks the energy projection limit, strength limit and speed limit. Come on dude.

@higorm: Tempest is also magic and thus not allowed. Star Girl breaks the rules ridiculously. Her tech is almost on par with a Green Lantern. Also Shaw is in dispute.

Battle Computer for 10 Low Tier points? *spits out coffee* NOOOO. I'd raise it to around 10 High Tier points.

@betatesthighlander1: T-1000 is too durable and has better regen. The Auditor's stick-like nature is troubling.

Also, I believe the Venom Symbiote costs 8 points in both Low and Mid lists..

@jokergeist: Battle Computer can be completely countered for 7 Low Level Points.

@higorm: After I suggested that he move Venom down, he must have forgotten to delete it.

@higorm: Did not see you had Rocket, her forcefield is too durable but the rest seems fine. Static is a good choice.

@kidman560: You have to spend a minimum of 15 points in each Level because you can only bank 5 points per level. Why is Spider-Woman separated?
