Grundy becuase the luthor/Braniac was beaten by a single IMP and with the power of JLU darkseid he wouldn't do much better and Chaos powered grundy wont be beaten by supes so he takes it

Supes beat him at the cost of his life by jumping into the exosphere and falling back down, and had a meteorite brawl in mid air before they were seperated and promptly fell and died. While I am unsure if grundy or darksied could do that. it's possible.
