I dont know. It would be interesting to see what Blue Hulk could do here since he does have Cosmic Power... but as far as the others versions. Trion Juggernaut should be able to handle those versions of Hulk

But it also depend on the situation. For example: if Juggernaut will threaten Betty, then Hulk will get so mad, that he'll defeat Juggernaut more easily. But I think that MARVEL did these two on purpose like this.
