I would say Trigon would need to be off-planet in order to win (as in blasting the planet jaspers happens to be on to smithereens), hard to compete with an insane reality-warper... unless you have some 'crowbar of logic' like Superman had against Emperor Joker.

Jasper himself, sadly is, all about implied power rather than having abundance of feat.

We however know, blowing up a planet is unlikely to work against 616 Jasper, given we have been explicitly said, the destruction of 616 reality entire wouldn't stop him.
