The only way the TFs have a chance is if they have prep or if their team includes EVERY Transformer including Unicron and Primus.

Superman, Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter. Any of those guys could solo this with ease.
I really wouldn't be surprised if Batman didn't have a plot device. I could so see him with an electronic disruptor or some crazy crap like that.
