I think so too, his room allows him to freely use anything around him, not to mention ignore durability or simply grabs someone heart and just squeeze it.
Honestly his ability is very dangerous if speed is equalled.
@leo-343: Well Hulk apparently has impressive feats too to his name, keeping up with Sentry, FTL reflexes in his strongest forms, destroying pocket size universe, overpowering onslaught, defeated Zom etc.
Normal Hulk may lose, WW or WB or him at his strongest is way too much for Law. I'm One Piece fan btw so I'm not really biased towards anyone here :p

Space manipulation falls under the power cosmic and you said it yourself, they can do it on a planetary scale which Law cannot do. The best range he has is mountain range level.
I've already given my verdict on this fight, what I'm discussing has nothing to do with the Hulk.
Problem is law range doesn't determine his power, it determines his radius in which he can cover, it doesn't give him limits just the lack of radius, where Surfer is more powerful based and such as he hasn't shown that it ranks under the NLF.
But I can't prove Law ability is NLF yet so I will leave it for now
@leo-343: Nothing similar to Law's powers has ever been tried on Hulk, so i am gonna put my benefit of the doubt in Hulk rather then some guy re-arranging fodder body parts.
@leo-343: What resistance does Superman have to space manipulation or Thor, Thanos, SS? As fare as i know none, does the Living Tribunal have feats of resisting space manipulation? You guys are literally, LITERALLY using the definition of NLF here. Again unless i see Law preforming it on someone of Hulks caliber i am not buying any of this crap.
Show me someone using space time manipulation on Hulk?
@leo-343: You are making assumptions left and right, you make assumptions that cosmic energy will grant them resistance to space manipulation. I am asking you for feats of them resisting space manipulation and you are not giving me any. But you are also assuming Hulk and other guys don't have because something like this was never tried on them. Why is LT ridiculous? What feats he has against space manipulation? Oh that's right it's ridiculous because LT dwarfs Law in power it's not even funny, but you know so does Hulk. Not to the same extent obviously but enough for his David Copperfield crap not working.
I did and i told you are using it. Nobody tried using space manipulation on Hulk in the first place so why do you immediately jump to the conclusion of him definitely not being resistant to it? Another thing if Hulk existed in OP he would have Haki and Law's powers would do jack to him... in fact if he existed in OP he would be the most powerful being there.
I have no feats of Hulk resisting mercury poison, does this mean he would die from it? It's not the other way around you need to show me your power being used on someone of Hulks caliber otherwise the conversation is meaningless and i am not gonna entertain this any longer.
@leo-343: Why does it fall under power cosmic, when power cosmic has much more prowess especially in the hands of abstract beings when Law is but a bug to them. But if you want that then Hulk has resisted blasts from SS who is a more powerful space manipulation user then Law.
But it makes sense when you reverse it around? He has no feats of it being used on him which must mean it will work? I know what he does, there is a point because the rules for each universe don't apply the same way. In Naruto everyone has chakra(not everyone can use it), in OP everyone has Haki(not everyone can use it or is even aware of it), if Hulk existed in OP and fought under the same universe then he would have it too.
Again, if Hulk was in OP he would have Haki so it's a moot point.
