Also Mihawk wasn't trying at marineford, so Buggy has no feats against skilled haki users.

@jokergeist: It's a gigantic electric shock to go along with Law's doctor theme a defibrillator.

@mr_ingenuity: Buggy has a considerable deal of electric resistance. He survived being struck directly by a prodigious bolt of lightning, dead in the center of the concentrated electricity.

@mr_ingenuity: I don't think Buggy's physical durability is caused by his Bara Bara no Mi power, which only grants him immunity towards bladed attacks while other forms of damage affect him regularly. So Buggy surviving the lightning bolt was a feat of his own, not through Devil Fruit protection. Haki allows you to "grasp matter", thus it allows you to actually injure an intangible Logia-fruit user as their body is composed of an element. Buggy is a Paramecium-type so all his durability feats (excluding bladed attacks) are legitimate.

@jokergeist: Misunderstanding maybe I should have worded that better. Haki also increases destructive capacity. So while Buggy survived a lightning bolt(that KOed him BTW) he will not stand a chance without comparable haki to defend himself. As far as we know Buggy doesn't have haki yet.

FYI I'm trying not to spoil the punk hazard ark so excuse me for being vague :P

@mr_ingenuity: Good lord thank you for not spoiling it, Ha ha ~♡. And I don't think the lightning bolt did KO him—Buggy got up after a couple minutes and surprisingly wasn't fazed. His crew was surprised that he was alive, then a disgruntled Buggy responded with a comment suggesting that he cannot die. ☞☞☞☞

But if Haki does as you say and enhances Law's "counter shock".....I'm not so sure. I'm seriously hoping to see more Buggy in future arcs, then maybe he will have attained Haki being a Shichibukai and all.

Law could remove his heart in a similar fashion to what he did on Punk Hazard.

Plus Law is Hyper sonic in reaction speed & teleport he will never be touched even if it didn't work.

Also people say Buggy only achieved Shichibukai due to the potentiality dangerous crew recruited form impel down.

• Buggy stole the spotlight during the great Battle at Marineford by broadcasting himself to the world.
• He's fvcking awesome.

@jokergeist: He doesn't need to be in the correct Fashion, Simply where ever he needs them. If he stabs Buggys chest, Buggy will still feel it, no matter where the rest of him is.

...but anyway, try to find Buggy's chest when he's split into hundreds of chunks. Chances are that Law won't be able to.

His power allows him to split apart any part of his body, so couldn't he technically move his heart away from law after he does that?

@jokergeist: When Buggy splits he could simply control the different pieces before they flew away Via "Tact". It's also strongly accepted that his room gives him a "Sixth sense" for whats in it due tot he fact that he is shown teleporting and switching with rocks he can't see.

@jokergeist: Law has this thing called scan which locates anything within his room. Plus whatever is in his room he can teleport. So no matter where Buggy hides his torso if isn't out side Law's room Buggy loses heart.
