That was as a child now he's an adult and in much better control of his abilities. His most recent showing was taking 4 missiles and disintegrating the soldiers:

ah cool thanks strider. now seeing it i think toyo would have the edge in this in tp powers in a big way. though if new52 lets sbs kryptonian powers come back later hed be a beast

this sounds a lil like the kryptonian vs invincible/vilruminite,both are almost impossible to really get a answer for ,because the universes work different.the DCU is pretty much G-rated as a universe,these othwr universes are more R-rated where the characters rip other characters apart even when they are heroes.

if superboy went to the invincible or harbringer univere he would act different,he would probably tear ppl apart too.

superboy fought supergirl,and seemed to handle her ,and she in her own book was beating on superman,who in his book lifted the weight of the earth for five days underground with little effort,so he coukd possibly be many times more powerful than toyo,but we will never know.

also he doesnt have telepathy,his sensory ability acts like a antenna picking up on all things,so i can see him not only sensing toyos TP attacking him,but being able to fight it off.

good points. i forgot hes fought supergirl he also trashed wondergirl and kid flash with the other titans. i was more conceding to his psi powers being greater though sb has leveled a few installations with his. so if he can defend or resist toyos psi attack at all, even a fraction of a second i see sb able to win with a blitz. so official vote changed to superboy.

toyo can do everything superboy can and has decades of experience. SB might have the potential for more raw power though

Toyo Harada struggled against Bloodshot. However Bloodshot was made to be impervious to tp and with his synaptic burst had a kill switch for Harada's skills.

Unless Superboy can duplicate this scenario he has to rely on strength and speed.

Toyo has survived a fall from the upper atmosphere crashing to earth unconscious. He was completely unscathed. That's a pretty durable feat.

He has taken down fighter planes flying at very high speeds carrying massive weapon payloads that Toyo simply turned against them. He catches bullets in midflight and sends them back just as fast (ask bloodshot). These are just a few things he can do other than disintegrating his foes into thin air.

Peter Stanchek got to him, however he is another Omega Level Psiot capable of similar feats.
