Toxin has superior strength, and also his other abilities, he can match grundy for power and is a more versatile fighter. In his Carnage/Spiderman form he's faster and more agile, and in his Venom form he's simply a physical beast, and that combination will win him this encounter.
Depends on which Grundy and it depends if their in characters.Toxin isn't going to just sit there and get his ass beat by a Superman level Grundy and most Grundy incarnations below that wouldn't have a chance.

This battle really comes down the the level of power Grundy is going to have. Grundy's strength changes from getting beat by Batman and Nightwing to giving Superman a beating.

i dont thnk thats what nobody was getting at. i thnk he was asking you what incarnation of Grundy is it? The superman beating Grundy, or the one that got owned by batman and nightwing.
