Anyway, since I barely read Amazing Spider-man these days, I take your word for it (about Carnage beating Toxin, that is).And as I said, I hardly care, since Toxin losing to anybody, including Aunt May, is inconsequential in this fight. That said, I still believe that 1on1, no other scenarios included, Toxin would lose badly.

As I said, I haven't been reading Amazing Spider-man, but knowledge about Toxin is that he's stronger than Venom & Carnage combined, as well as having higher resistances to the classic symbiote weaknesses. But, you know, I thought about giving the guy the benefit of doubt. He said it happened (Carnage beating Toxin), and I was in no mood to continue a pointless argument by asking him to provide scans. Since you did, I would also like to see them, if possible.

Toxin would win. Since he continues to grow and increase his strength signifigantly, he may push up a chance. Plus he has more fighting skills since Toxin is a symbiote. A fully powered and frustrated Toxin should do severe damage! Not to mention Patrick is probably more intelligent than Rob.
Not chance toxin is strong he could beat that hulk down because toxin at calm state can lift 60-90 ton but when he gets angrier toxin is class 100 and gets bigger and with big claws
Toxin has a chance. Spiderman has beaten Hulk, and Toxin can do everything Spiderman can, and is exponentially stronger than Spiderman. Let's look at how symbiotes work. They tend to be as strong as, if not stronger than the previous two people.
So Venom is stronger than Spiderman. Carnage is as strong as, if not stronger than Spiderman+Venom combined, and Toxin is as strong as, if not stronger than Venom+Carnage. Spiderman is already pretty darn strong to begin with. Toxin may not be as strong as Hulk, but he is probably at the 80+ ton level, just throwing out a guess. He may not be able to go blow for blow with Hulk, but he could use Spiderman level evasion tactics and sheer wit to overcome Hulk.
Venom has gone blow for blow with Juggernaut, so there's that to consider as well.
Hulk's Thunderclap might have some effectiveness against Toxin, but not very much. Toxin has a resistance to sonic and heat attacks, unlike Venom.
Overall, if Toxin is thinking intelligently, he has a good shot of stopping the Hulk. Not in a direct fist fight ofcourse, but via using his environment to his advantage, which Spiderman and all the symbiotes have a history of using effectively. They are in Disney World. There is plenty in that park that Toxin can use to his advantage if he uses his brain. Toxin's immense strength is a bonus to him surviving the encounter. I'd say Toxin wins 4/10 if he is clever in his battle against the raging Hulk.

While even I've made fun of Hulk losing to Spidey and Cap, some of his consistent feats put him far above anything that the symbiotes have ever shown, once he gets too angry it's gg.
Also idk how he will be able to put down Hulk taking into account his rage and healing factor, best chance he has is to either possess him or web his lungs.
