Spidercide & Venom (E Brock) want to take out Toxin for good.. Somehow they have managed to lure Toxin to a Unpopulated Tokyo City.. The duo send word to DC for some back up & none other than the Creeper turns up to aid the duo.. The trio have been in the city for a wk planning their attack.. Toxin has no idea who hes facing but is on high alert.. Trio & Toxin start 1 mile apart.. Who Wins?
