Okay just to clarify, if I use a gun, the fastest the bullet can move is ~914 mph, and my character's with the faster reaction speeds, are scaled down to this as well?
@sovereign91001: No, this is where people get confused. Supersonic is considered anything between Mach 1.2-Mach 5. Which is 915mph to 3,840mph. Anything above Mach 5 is considered Hypersonic.
Speed of Sound is actually only 767 miles per hour. Which isn't even over Transonic.
When people see a character do this, all this means is the character is breaking the sound barrier, unless they are doing something that can connect with how fast they are going that's all it means.
Reference Point:
A pistol bullet travels about 80-900 MPH, depending on the gun. A 9MM bullet travels at about 805 MPH. A rifle bullet travels faster, at 400 to 3,300 miles per hour depending on the rife. A Winchester .270 Rifle Bullet travels about 1,924 miles per hour.

Luke when characters dodge they rarely ever move as fast as the projectile, they aim dodge, even if the bullet is in motion they normally still only move a fraction of the distance the bullet travelled. Arrow is a perfect example of how comic book characters normally handle gunfire.

Monet will point out that Naruto could possibly train faster with multiple clones as he appears to have the same ability as Madrox and was well known for doing that. Naruto will thank the pretty lady for actually teaching him (Kakashi just did not care about Naruto and Pink Head in the first arc). When the mental strain is discovered Monet can use her telepathy to sooth it.
Same again with last round on Edward being brought up to scratch on modern tech and materials that he could potentially utilize.
During prep Ed will craft an incredibly durable person sized tube, open at one end, closed at the other and with a honed to an edge using alchemy point at that end, a grip on the interior and an eye slit at the top end. Then using that as a basis quickly spam about 40 more.

Naruto will spam some clones and get a a couple of dozen to set fire to the nearby forest a few minutes before match starts, when it does start Poison Ivy will break down.

In the scan you posted before, The T-Spheres couldn't even find Mr. Terrific himself because once again, its invisible to all technology. By that logic, Anyone wearing a T-Mask, shouldn't be able to see each other.

You'll actually do nothing more then piss Ivy off, making her more powerful. Why? The same exact thing happened during Gotham City Sirens. It had no effect on her at all.
I believe the feats you're getting that "Ivy starts to die when not around green" is from the N52. (Something I don't read outside a single character). Pre-52 Poison Ivy hasn't shown to have this (to my knowledge).

My plan is to let your guys do all the heavy lifting and defend all the portals, while your teams take each other out, and bring the guys to our thing.
Poison Ivy will put some (outway) sticking thorns on Cap's armor/shield that is infected with Paralyzing or instantly killing toxin and put some poison on his bullets.
Wesley will setup shop about 10 or so miles above the portal with a Sniper Rifle & His Pistols (with Nuke Bullets)

What are you talking about, I made a basic shape, it has no mechanical or electrical components, I would need no practice to make such a thing. He has made far more complicated things instantly.

Incorrect, you showed a scan of her after the forest had been destroyed, why do you think I waited a few minutes before match start before actually starting the blaze? You think Poison Ivy will just calmly carry out your plan while a forest goes up in flames.

On the explosives there is one above in his artillery canon but here he is showing his knowledge in detail on what they are made up of and even uses his alchemy to extract ammonium nitrate in gas form to take advantage of their sensitive smell.
The flying machine is just another shape as the ability to fly is down to the clones. If I had to pick the shape I'll go with the eggomatic.

I've been told people like a little rundown on the character's involved in a debate before jumping in head first, so I'll post this for those not familiar with any of my character's. Plus it gives me the excuse to drop some snazzy pictures of my team.

My understanding was the Danger Room (in the tournament at least) was used to run drills with gear and simulate the mission, this seems like you're using it for an extension of prep time as learning about tech and materials don't have anything to do with the missions parameters or mastering equipment.

I have a couple of problems with this premise:
Naruto was bloodlusted, desperate to save Sasuke and drawing on Fox chakra, so that was out of character for him and not really indicative on how he preforms under normal conditions. Naruto does use mass clone spam in part one, and from what I can recall every instance there have been one of two conditions as to when he does this 1.) His back is to the wall. 2.) He's bloodlusted, like in your scan.
Neither of these conditions are present here, I don't think he would do this. And since we're talking about clones, let's move to this:

As much as I'd love the opportunity to really stick it to one of Pr0's heavy hitter's, this doesn't sound like anything Naruto would do either. He's a paragon and basically embodies all of the tropes of a shonen hero. I could see one of the more villainous or morally ambiguous ninja's doing this, but not Naruto.

I don't see what that has to do with anything, weapon handling/detonation and computer hacking don't really equivocate. This is unknown as we don't know the type of device used for remote detonation: wired, wireless, encrypted or not. I also have my doubts that you are able to do this from across the map, or even at all depending on how the device is constructed. I'm also unsure that full knowledge cover's this degree of knowledge on my gear, I know it's stated that it cover's everything about a character's combat stats/abilities, I don't think it said the same for purchased gear, even if this is the case, it's a fairly easy to counter move, I know your team has a high level computer whiz and appropriate counter measures could be taken, it'd be a simple matter to change/encrypt the activation frequency with the Sonic Screwdriver, similar to what I did last round for my team's communication devices.

Disregarding the clone thing, You can set stuff up, up too 500 yards away. Your team still starts at their star, they have to traverse the rest of the distance.
Pr0's opener
I don't have as many problems with your opener, as it is correspondingly smaller than Dex's, but there are a few issues I see.

He can fly?
The problem I see right now, is your team is stuck on Terra Firma and have a comparatively slower travel speeds than either Dexter or myself. Add to that that you have some powerful people on your team (I'd argue that as it stands you have the strongest team out of all of us) and those frogs should be all over your team, especially as they're stationary at portal entrances.
Other than that, since you're chilling at the moment, I don't have too much to say. We'll see what happens down the road.
Sov's opener
As I said above my team knows all about Ghost's technical prowess so Peter will use the sonic to alter all of our hackable gear (headsets and the bombs but I don't think they qualify) to be as hack resistant as possible, so they all transmit in synchronized, random frequencies or something of the like. Bomb Queen will remove VISUS, she won't be needing it right now.
As for the match, my team has no intention of fighting those frogs things and fortunately they don't have too, four members of my team are capable of flight (Ghost, Archangel, Rocket Raccoon and Bomb Queen), Two of my other members Spidey and Backlash don't have too touch the ground to maneuver throughout the city.
Yes, Raccoon's can fly!
Archangel will carry Peter. Ghost will carry Backlash and my team will will all proceed out at best possible speed towards the center of the city. Ghost will drop Backlash off and he'll proceed to go after the Evil Kong first. Ghost will then rejoin my team.

This is a scan of her mind crushing a super soldier important because she had helped the character ge over mental trauma earlier, that's why she is mentioning being let in earlier.

A few more if needed but I think this shows that she is more than up to scratch when it comes to soothing a sore head.

I have mentioned the learning about tech thing in every match so far but I have yet to utilize it. Nothing I've had Ed make so far has been outside his understanding so this isn't really an issue.

I knew you where going to try and pull this one.
Ever since his fight with Gaara Naruto was able to pull on the fox chakra when he wanted.
Here in the very next confrontation against high level opponents he merely activates it.
also exaggerating his mental state for that battle, he he quickly activates it on the move before he even reaches the guy.
He safely utilizes the no tails form in almost every confrontation since his fight with Gaara and activates almost like a simple power-up.

Willing to kill, no innocents in the forest and forests are destroyed en mass all the time in Naruto and no one gives a damn. It's not really an important point but it's one that stands. Also it won't be destroyed if Ivy acts :)
The morals of a shonen hero vary wildly, Sho won't harm innocents but will rip the arms off his enemies and he's just a normal high schooler, Fist of the North Star is shonen and he pops heads, one thing they have in common is they are also notorious for causing mass destruction and was parodied in one punch man.

A distance of 10 miles is irelevant when it's signal activated and sending that signal would be on Ghost who is more than capable of sending it over such a short distance.
I know it's stated that it cover's everything about a character's combat stats/abilities, I don't think it said the same for purchased gear, even if this is the case, it's a fairly easy to counter move, I know your team has a high level computer whiz

you didn't have time to counter move unless your very first action as soon as much starts is to prevent this exact thing and prove that you can do it.
Disregarding the clone thing, You can set stuff up, up too 500 yards away. Your team still starts at their star, they have to traverse the rest of the distance.
I would be ok with that but prep has allowed you to position yourself around the area, that is why we where sectioned off in the last round and I'm surprised he didn't do it again for this one.
As I said above my team knows all about Ghost's technical prowess so Peter will use the sonic to alter all of our hackable gear (headsets and the bombs but I don't think they qualify) to be as hack resistant as possible, so they all transmit in synchronized, random frequencies or something of the like. Bomb Queen will remove VISUS, she won't be needing it right now.
Peter has figured out how to use the sonic screw driver that quickly! Placing a computer genius from the 70's in front of a modern computer and asking him to create a web page would spring to mind but even that probably wouldn't be a good enough comparison.

Anyway on to the mission, the attacking Naruto clones in their cones will speed at mach 1 followed by my team, they will dive into Kongs head, Parasites body and Imhoteps body, Monet with Ghost attached hanging on to her shoulders will swoop in have Ghost grab her and they will speed for portal 8. The purpose of Ghost is to protect her from the forces normally asserted on a normal person going at mach 3.
even from my starting point the Naruto clones will spear all 3 targets in roughly 40-50 seconds from match start, none of the targets hav the durability of reflexes to survive being speared by something that hard and that sharp moving that fast.
Monet with Ghost will grab Ariel and make for the portal 8 in the opposite direction of your teams.

Even then you spent time fine tuning so I will have blitzed the mission before you even leave base.
I have most of my team merely delay if you where some how a factor, don't need to beat any of your teams
Everything else bar the above points are fluff if they aren't dealt with I take this and I have still have Barakapool, Bison and Naruto to fall back on for protection and contingencies as they are just being used as protective muscle for the rest or to finish the targets if something goes wrong.

Yes. I believe I have specifically always stated in my threads when teams must start from the starting position or I section them off when wanted.
