Although if you meant as in who would win a fight, GhostRavage has made arguments that an incarnation like indestructible hulk could win, which I agree with.

@yify: hulk doesn't have a base. That's just a myth that people spread. His strength when freshly transformed just depends on how angry he is when turning into hulk.
Incarnations like doc green for the first part, savage, greenscar, war, indestructible and maestro for the second one, mainly.
@parichithayerakala: Nope, j'onn might be able to if he had TP, and zoom is fast I guess. But they're all way above hulks calibre anyway. Measuring an entire position in a team just by the characters strength is a bit silly imo.

@flash1812: the epl method gives a chance for everyone, on the other hand the short one depends on luck you can be pitted against a week enemy and simply move on to the next round. Soo to be fair epl one is better it is also more fun.
@flash1812: The whole Flash speed thing doesn't work well with me. Your just going to have lots of faster than Light speedsters doing their attacks in microsecond.
