Tournament of the worlds Round 1!

This is the first round of the tournament of worlds, and in this round all matches will take place inside a tournament ring. In rounds following this, scenarios will be given to help aid a team to balance their chances of beating a team with more powerful/skilled fighters; those teams eliminated in this round will not continue on. Any gadget based fighters in this round, only carry their standard stuff. Each team has thirty minutes of preparation to study their opponent. Alright have fun, and go ahead and vote on which team wins in each match. Team can win by Killing or KO’ing their opponents.

Sorry haha I changed and made a few edits on mine after giving it a little more thought. Will be interesting to see which teams advance; I will say Fox and Naruto would stomp their opponent if MCcloud has access to his airwing. I feel sorry for Huntress and Carnage, Kirby could solo if he absorbs Carnage. P.S. My winners are bold. Sonic wouldn't need Red Robin's help in their matchup; he solo's due to the fact their opponents couldn't touch him, nor have projectiles. Green Goblin and Catwoman are screwed if Mario has any stars, and the prep with Black Panther seals it.

I've got my winners in bold as well. The teams to win with much ease are Batman and Ironman; not sure if tony even needs bats for this one. Red Robin and Sonic win in a curbstomp eating a large order of fries while they do it. Clayface could potentially solo Spiderman and Shiva without the help of Widow; it takes gadgets to bring down clayface; which neither of them use. Mystique and Reptile will die horribly; I could see Bowser or Ivy solo. King Koopa could do it depending if he carries some of his weapons and maybe a koopa or two at his side.It is no better for Johnny Cage and Ratchet; unless the lombax has some of his more high end weapons with him.
