This is Terra II

Both have 1 week of prep

Fight takes place in a mountain

Who wins?

Can't Terra fly using rock? If so then she takes this rather easily.

@joewell: She had help all those times. Plus she cannot see anything that is not touching the ground so flying would be a huge problem.

You have a very good point on Toph.

On a fight, purely on-ground, Toph would win in a stomp. If Terra would go about fighting in the air, Toph would loose quite badly.

I dont understand why Toph would win so fast. Terra has shown immense capabilities. Hell, she could probably bring up volcano from the ground. But i guess its arguably possible for both. I beleive Terra can also manipulate sand to a certain degree and Toph's vision is pretty shady with sand if i recall. Terra also can withstand a much stronger hit than Toph can, her being a superhuman while toph is just a child. I mean Terra survived being crushed by two opposing tectonic plates and Toph can easily go down with a punch in the face. Id say Terra takes this.

And just saying. It wouldn't matter if it was in the air or in the ground, Toph can "see" in the air for some reason. I noticed this in Avatar when they were escaping to the air bending temples and i think and Toph fired a rock against a canon on another ship and blocked a shot midair. So she can see, to some degree, a midair shot. And anyways, one of the biggest capabilities of an Earth bender is that they have such a wide area of effect. So though it would have an impact on the battle, flying isn't as critical.

@renobjc: I'm pretty sure she needed help to aim in the air. Plus she couldn't see Aang even though he was one inch off the ground and a few yards away. But I could be wrong.

Never understood why folks think that Toph can handle projectiles. From fireballs, to shurikens, to boulders, Toph has been shown to "see" them all when being attacked. As far as the battle goes...could go either way.

Terra has more raw power but Toph has more control and skill. I'm leaning to Terra.

even if her senses arent at there best in the air they are still pretty good. if its in a mountain... as long as terra is touching some part of the mountain toph with know. tophs reflexes are much better too
